AnnaMarie came into the shelter as a tiny kitten and stayed...and stayed...and stayed. She is a beautiful calico rescue that was brought to the Adoption Center. At one point, she began limping and through a vet's examination, was found to have a ruptured side ligament.  Thanks to donations from caring people to our Shelter Animals Medical Fund, she had surgery and recovered nicely.
Finally, after 14 months, this pretty calico spotted girl has gone home to Cumming. AnnaMarie has graced both the Kitten Room and the Cat Room with her welcoming presence to both newcomer kitties and the many people who come to visit them. She will be missed at the shelter, but it is a happy absence. Dreams do come true, both for kitties and for those who care for them, and wait with them for their happily ever after to begin. We are happy for AnnaMarie's Happily Ever After.
