Candi LaPointe & Rascal!

It was an awesome time for everyone who turned out for the Pets On Parade & Costume Contest!  Many, many thanks to our sponsors for helping to make this happen, as well as all those who donated goods or gave to our silent auction.  We raised over $3000!  Thanks to all the volunteers who helped us throughout the event, especially our POP (pets on parade) committee.  And a very special thank you to Image Control Plus for photographing the event. They have set up a website where you can go view all the pictures.  You can also download the ones you would like for a small donation to our humane society. Thanks for that!

Did you know that we have a lot of educational information on our Pet Information and Tips page? Read about common household toxins and foods for pets.  Want some great links for pet training, or for dog & cat treats recipes? Or want a link to send a funny pet e-card that talks? It's there! And if you're looking for animal education, there are links to find animal laws in your state, as well as the national Humane Society's online university!
It is continually growing, so check back often!  There are great sites for kids, too!  Do YOU have a great animal site or tip?  Let us know and we might post it on our Pet Information & Tips page!
