Please check http://spaygeorgia.org to obtain inexpensive spay/neuter certificates that can be used here locally. I've heard vets in our area currently are doing almost 1/2 of their surgeries at cost already due recent economic hardships in the community. Please also check http://www.humanesocietyofnortheastgeorgia.org/services/spay-and-neuter.php which provide low cost spay / neuter services as well and they also service White County from Gainsville.
